Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 247Loupe trade jewellery estimating service ("Service") operated by 247 Diamonds Ltd (Company No. 06492502), trading as 247CadControl ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

247Loupe is a professional jewellery price calculator and jewelry estimator for the trade. The Service combines artificial intelligence with a verified library of CAD production models to deliver accurate trade estimates. Features include:

• Image analysis of jewellery and jewelry items using AI cross-referenced against a library of verified CAD production models
• Trade price estimates based on detected metal type, weight, stone details and construction method
• Ring size conversion across UK, US, and EU sizing systems
• Multi-currency pricing for international jewellers and jewelry retailers
• CAD design workflow integration for manufacturing

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for trade jewellery professionals and businesses. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are acting in a business capacity (B2B service)
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete
• You will keep your account details up to date

4. Account Registration and Approval

Account creation is subject to approval by 247Loupe. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Starter — £39/month, 10 web estimates per month
• Professional — £99/month, 50 estimates per month (web + WhatsApp)
• Unlimited — £199/month, unlimited estimates (web + WhatsApp)

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full Professional features, including WhatsApp estimates, regardless of the plan selected. Card details are required at signup. After the trial, features revert to the chosen plan. Unused estimates do not carry over between billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. AI + CAD Reference Estimates — Important Disclaimer

All estimates provided by 247Loupe are generated using AI cross-referenced against a library of verified CAD production models, and are for guidance only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Estimates are based on AI image analysis and may contain inaccuracies
• Metal weights, stone counts, and pricing are approximate
• Estimates should be independently verified before quoting to customers or making purchasing decisions
• Metal prices fluctuate and the prices used in estimates may not reflect real-time market rates
• We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated estimates
• The AI may misidentify metals, stones, or construction methods

247Loupe is a tool to assist your professional judgement, not a replacement for it.

7. Intellectual Property

The 247Loupe platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of 247 Diamonds Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of all images you submit. By uploading images, you grant us a limited licence to process them through our AI systems for the purpose of providing estimates.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to value stolen goods
• Submit images that do not relate to jewellery estimation
• Attempt to exploit, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Scrape, automate, or programmatically access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute estimates generated by the Service

9. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving messages from 247Loupe via the WhatsApp Business API, including:

• Welcome and account status messages
• Estimate results and follow-up messages
• Design request confirmations

You can stop WhatsApp communication at any time by contacting us at sparkle@247diamonds.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimate
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime, data loss, or AI errors

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 247 Diamonds Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, including any estimates you provide to your customers based on our AI analysis.

12. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.
• On termination, your estimate history will be retained for 12 months then deleted.

13. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
